New Opportunities:

"How To Farm Lightning" - this 2 day 'Open Innovation' workshop is now scheduled for launch in London in August via Frost & Sullivan Ltd. Contact us or Frost & Sullivan for further details. This is a great way to introduce an organisation to the H2FL concepts and test open innovation for the first time - bring a customer or supplier too! A detailed workshop outline will be posted here soon. June  2008, Nice.

Technology Thought Leadership Programme - organisation wide roll-out for a major communications' equipment vendor.  From September 2008.

Current Projects:

Change consulting - part time, 3 to 6 month duration, for one of the largest global mobile operators seeking to strengthen its organisation and processes associated with developing consumer and enterprise applications for existing and next generation networks.

Change programme - part-time, for a mobile operator in central Europe. Having implemented a new strategy, organisation and processes, it is now time to raise the bar and move from simply "good" to "great". My task would be to focus on getting staff at all levels from the Board down to understand the difference between "good" and "great" via an innovative change programme designed to address the  thinking, attitudes and behaviours necessary to succeed.

Partners:

I am looking for new partners across Europe to provide channels to customers - do not hesitate to contact me if you feel I can bring new knowledge, contacts and experience as an Associate to broaden your portfolio.

Associates:

Welcome to Jeremy Scanlan of Interconnect! Jeremy has worked with us at Nokia as a part of the Thought Leadership faculty and is now officially an Associate.

We are looking for new associates across Europe with innovative content and proven expertise to extend our portfolio and provide added-value services to existing customers - do not hesitate to contact me if you have developed such offerings and are seeking new markets.
