Brendan Dunphy has been practising as an independent consultant
for over 10 years. He specialises in
helping corporations to navigate change,
improve their innovation and thought leadership
capabilities.
Since 2005 he has been working with
several associates to broaden and deepen his range
of services and this process continues today into
areas such as Sustainability, Globalisation and
Solution selling.
He is
also a partner & principal consultant at several
associate firms and a director of an independent
software company providing web-based solutions for
reporting, benchmarking & performance management (www.max-house.co.uk).
He was previously CEO of Extend Solutions
Ltd. and a Director of the Accenture Centre for
Strategic Technology in Sophia Antipolis, France. He
has a strong IT and telecoms background, both from a
technology and marketing perspective.
He
is a regular public speaker and former member of the
Advisory Board of a wireless VC fund.
Brendan has worked in the ICT sector for over 25
years and undertaken a wide-range of technical, R&D
and marketing management roles across Europe for the
likes of BT, Accenture and several start-ups.
As a Consultant, he acts as a catalyst
within the client organisation to inform and
stimulate. He builds and delivers tightly
focused programs designed to bring about
organisational and behavioural change in-line with
strategy and business goals and market opportunities.
