their success. Facilitating change and the human-side of the technology change
equation has become more important over the years as we
have reached a plateau in our motivation, capacity and
capability to absorb and effect change.
Helping our
clients to understand and effect meaningful change is now a major focus of what
we do.
Typically this activity is innovation focused and embraces strategy reviews,
audits, capability assessment, programme planning and workshop development
and personal coaching.
We also provide independent facilitation of in-house
change programs and workshops that require an impartial
and outside perspective in order to succeed. |
