"Managers into Leaders: thoughts into action" - A 2 or 3 module in-house bespoke program for companies needing to change from within to deal with the challenges of Sustainability, Re-structuring, Merger or other wide-scale corporate change.

These workshops are very focused and designed to increase the contribution and accelerate the value creating process of middle and senior managers as a part of a major change initiative.  They provide a unique blend of theory, tools and practical application of the concepts resulting in the creation of new projects that cross organisational boundaries, challenge existing thinking and take the company to the next level of value creation.

"How To Farm Lightning™: stop hunting & start farming innovation" - a range of interactive workshops from 1 to 5 days. Co-produced by Brendan Dunphy and Paul May.

These workshops are designed to meet the needs of all managers concerned with the role of innovation in their businesses. They range from a one-day introduction to the subject to a 5 day "masters" providing a comprehensive "hands-on" overview of the subject.

The content ranges from the leading business theories to specific techniques and tools for making the organisation more innovative on a sustainable basis.

"Products to Solutions" - a 1 to 3 day workshop first developed and presented in 2006.

This workshop was created to deal with an increasingly visible trend in business-to-business selling - a shift from selling the features and capabilities of a product to selling its value to the Customer. This is an evolutionary change but it entails a significant shift in the sales mindset and the tools required to sell.

The change goes much deeper and into the organisation than it lay at firs appear (e.g. Marketing, Product Management and R&D) and without addressing the entire organisation, success will always be limited.

"The Telco Planet" - a 1 or 2 day workshop first developed and presented in 2000 and updated many times since!

This workshop identifies and explains the recent technology, regulatory and market developments in the European marketplace for communication services. It addresses both fixed and wireless networks, with special emphasis on the rapidly evolving marketplace for wireless broadband and converged services.

Much of the change we can see today derives from the need to evolve the business models of the operators and every player in the telco eco-system as well as continuing to adapt to new ways to deliver services, more sophisticated consumer needs and of course, enabling technologies.
